Comparing the two walled cities

Both of the walled cities had their walls built for either enemies or wild animals. Also, they were both built between 10 and 20 years from the modern day. The last comparing is that both of the walled cities were made to pray in. The religions of both of these walled cities are (mostly) christian and catholic.
